European Union 3-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. To request a refund, you can contact us at we-are@lifting-women.com.

We will notify you once we’ve processed your return within 7 business days. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund but you didn’t receive anything, please contact us at we-are@lifting-women.com.

Please note that this cooling-off period does not apply if the event you have paid for is within 48 hours of purchase.

Voucher

Past the 3-day cooling off period, we do not offer refunds.

If you can no longer make an event, please notify us by latest 48 hours prior to the event for a voucher of the same monetary value. You can use this for another purchase on-site. If the cost of the new purchase is higher in value than the original purchase, you are responsible for paying the difference.

If you notify us less than 48 hours prior to the event, we cannot offer you a voucher or refund.
